At HooYu, our goal is to help our clients to comply with Know Your Customer regulations but also to help them maximise the % of applications that successfully complete customer onboarding.     

Millions of users have been through our digital KYC journey and we’re always looking for better ways to help our clients improve their onboarding success rates and deliver a better seamless journey for their customers.

Here’s quick snapshot of our new HooYu UI updates we’ve just launched:

The UX Journey Hub

The new HooYu UX is designed to offer more choice as to how users can complete a digital KYC onboarding journey. Users can either follow dynamic prompts for a straight-through journey or if they need more guidance, can return to the “UX Journey Hub” where they can get further help on what information and documents they must provide to pass KYC.

Customisation

The new HooYu UI also contains an expanded set of customisation tools. With just a few clicks, clients can customise many elements of the HooYu journey including fonts, colours, icons, logos and buttons, or upload CSS to easily control the appearance of the HooYu journey down to the final pixel.

Accessibility

Many of the banks and fintechs that we work with are passionate about usability for all, so that’s why we designed the new HooYu UI for visually and physically challenged users to help ensure financial inclusion.
