The HooYu UI is designed with multiple user personas in mind, digital savvy users can follow a fast, straight-through linear journey whilst slower users can go back to the hub page for more support and signposting.

How we give dynamic support to maximise conversion

Some users will need more support and feedback than others to provide the right document or a sufficient quality image. Our image processing engines triage an image in seconds to decide if the image is blurred, partial, out of focus, is too small or has too much glare. Our UI immediately serves dynamic feedback to the user to help them succeed and pass.

How we engage the user to complete the journey

The HooYu journey can be embedded in your site or app, but to save on dev resource and build a digital KYC journey faster, clients can also trigger a HooYu request with our SMS or email outreach tools to launch a user into the HooYu process.

Our outreach tools also work to keep the user engaged and with customised scheduled email and/or SMS reminders to encourage them to come back and finish their HooYu steps so you can increase your KYC success rates.
