HooYu Limited Quality Policy Statement

HooYu Limited was established in 2016 to provide KYC and customer onboarding services to companies that need to know who they’re dealing with. Our clients include tier one banks like NatWest and Virgin Money, leading online gambling providers such as Betfred, and a large range of other businesses in regulated and unregulated sectors.

We are headquartered in the UK but have remote teams based throughout Europe.

Quality is important to our business because we perform a vital service to our clients in the form of helping them prevent money laundering, fraud, identity theft and underage gambling. The quality of our service is also vital to the end users that are asked to HooYu. As well as engineering our platform to make it easy for clients to implement, our journey is designed to make it easy for end users to pass KYC processes and gain access to vital goods and services.

We strive to provide our clients and end users with a KYC and onboarding service which meets and even exceeds their expectations.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total client satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

  • Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
  • A client complaints procedure
  • Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
  • Training and development for our employees
  • Regular audit of our internal processes
  • Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
  • Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints

Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Management Policy which is made available to all employees. This policy is published internally and held in the company policy and procedure library.

Although the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
