The Position

This senior role is critical to the success of managing the onboarding and integration process for our major opportunities and strategic accounts. This will be a multi-faceted client facing role where you will work closely and collaboratively with prospective and existing clients to enable you to quickly develop an understanding of their processes and requirements. You will enjoy developing and maintaining excellent strategic relationships with our clients and be very comfortable discussing in detail the technical aspects of their requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven knowledge of the pre and post sales environments and will possess the necessary technical, sales and project management skills together with the ability to multi task to deliver a first class product experience to the business’ strategic clients. A key feature of this role will be the ability to manage clients at a strategic level whilst also immersing yourself in the detail and acting as a foil for the product team.

We are looking for a senior candidate with at least 5-10 years’ experience in the ID verification sector and a thorough understanding of KYC, AML, fraud prevention within UK financial services is essential.

Principle responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Hooyu solutions and develop relevant propositions to best deploy across our core sectors
  • Understand, translate and map client’s functional or business requirements to our solutions and help the customer evaluate the benefit. This may involve creating relevant user stories for strategic account development requests.
  • Develop close working relationship with the client to enable initial hand holding and transition to customer success phase
  • For key strategic accounts, act as point of contact managing all aspects of the client’s onboarding journey including technical, security, legal, development issues.
  • Running proof of concepts, interpreting feedback and pro-actively acting on results with both the client and the product team.
  • Managing client queries on specific transactions and responses.
  • Prepare detailed responses to RFP’s and RFI’s outlining full scope of projects including technical as well as business and financial aspects.
  • Identify problematic areas within the onboarding process and provide suggestions on how to close gaps and improve RFI and RFP response process
  • Ensuring the necessary reporting requirements are in place for all strategic accounts.
  • Educate the sales team (including pre\post sales team) to enhance their detailed product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and contribute to product development
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures

  • Previous experience in technical pre and post sales roles
